| 摘 要： | 高校"党建带团建"是各级党组织在上级组织的领导下,抓好自身建设的同时,加强对同级团组织的领导,以党组织坚强的凝聚力和战斗力,带动团组织的建设,增强共青团组织的生机和活力。高校学生工作依托党建带团建加强学生思想政治教育工作,是促进高校学生思政工作在新形势下不断创新,取得工作实效的重要途径。党建带团建工作的有效开展有利于带动团的思想、组织和作风建设,有利于培养适应社会需要的人才。
