| 摘 要： | 高职教育的主要培养方向是应用型人才能力的培养,对专业人才应用能力与创新能力的要求很高.本文针对高职院校从培养创新人才的教育理念、调整教学内容、改进各专业的教学方法,开设以科技创新教学为主的新课程、加强创新型教师队伍建设等方面进行探讨具有创新能力应用型人才的培养方式.
