| 摘 要： | 高校是人才密集的地方,档案的管理也要加强,如果管理不当只会造成对当事人利益的损害,本文论述了我国高校人事档案管理工作的发展现状和存在的问题,并就当前的发展现状进行了分析,提出了档案管理的发展策略。
