谈高职高专教师的自我效能感

摘    要:教师自我效能感是指教师相信自己有能力对学生的学习产生积极影响的一种知觉和信念。国内外的研究表明:教师的自我效能感与教师的教育教学行为、学生的学业成绩和人格形成之间存在着密切关系。本文分析了影响高职高专教师自我效能感的因素,并提出了提高高职高专教师效能感的策略。

Abstract:Teacher self-efficacy refers to the ability of teachers believe that they have a positive impact on student learning as a perception and beliefs. Studies have shown that at home and abroad:self-efficacy of teachers and teacher education and teaching behavior,student academic performance and character formation of the close relationship that exists between.This paper analyzes the impact of higher vocational teacher self-efficacy factors and proposed to raise higher vocational teacher efficacy strategy.
