| 摘 要： | 美国联邦宪法及其修正案的发展,直接影响了美国的检察制度的构建和变革。对美国宪法中所涉及的检察制度内容进行研究,有利于我们从宪法视角上认识和研究检察制度。检察机关作为行使准司法权的特殊行政机关,是美国检察制度的重心。因此,深入了解美国检察机关的宪法定位和检察制度的宪政价值,对于我国的宪法和检察制度改革和发展具有重大的理论和现实意义。

| Abstract: | the United States Federal Constitution and the development of its amendments,has direct impacted on the construction and reform of the procuratorial system.To study on the content of the procuratorial system in the United States constitution,is helpful for us to understand and study procuratorial system from constitutional perspective.The procuratorial organ as the special administrative organ,is the center of United States procuratorial system.Therefore,a thorough understanding of the United States constitutional status and constitutional value of procuratorial system,is of great theoretical and practical significance for our constitution and the procuratorial system reform and development. |
