| 摘 要： | 中国的教育历来重视德育,在新形势下,高等院校坚持德教为先的教育方针,将更加有利于实现人才强国的战略。因此,作为高等院校的教师,无论从自身角度,还是从育人角度出发,都应坚持德教为先的教育理念,践行创先争优,为国家和社会的建设事业做足充分的精神保障。

| Abstract: | Chinese education has always attached great importance to moral education,in the new situation,colleges and universities adhere to the education policy of moral education first,will be more conducive to the realization of strategy of talent powerful country.Therefore,as a university teacher,either from their own point of view,or from the educational point of view,they should adhere to the educational concept of moral education first,practice of creating and establishing the advanced and strive the excellent activities,makes the full spiritual security for the country and social development. |
