| 摘 要： | 实现高校图书馆的可持续发展,是目前图书馆工作人员共同关注的课题。本文通过技术创新,管理创新,改变以往参考咨询工作的服务方式以及建立和谐的工作环境等几个方面分别对图书馆的可持续发展加以阐述,为图书馆事业健康、有序地良性发展提供了有效地借鉴。

| Abstract: | Realization of sustainable development of library in the colleges and university is a focus question to the people working in libraries.This paper expounds the sustainable development of library of colleges and universities from the methods,i.e.innovation of technique and management,improving the service ways of information reference and consultation,establishment of harmonious work environment.The paper is to provide a useful reference for healthful,orderly and fine development of library. |
