| 摘 要： | 经济学领域理论及实证研究一直以国际贸易与对外直接投资的关系为主题.实践证明,对外直接投资对国际贸易的影响有利也有弊,有利是指它可以推动国际贸易的发展,减少贸易摩擦,加大对贸易投资国的经济干预和控制,从而提高经济实力和经济话语权.弊端在于,对外直接投资存在一定的投资风险、贸易抵制,使国际投资产生动荡,甚至会引发经济危机.本文则试从对外直接投资和国际贸易的相互关系的角度出发,进而探讨对外直接投资(FDI)对国际贸易的影响及对我国的贸易出口的作用和影响

| Abstract: | The theory and empirical research of economics field has taken the relationship of the international trade and foreign direct investment as the theme.Practice has proved,foreign direct investment’s influence on international trade also has advantage and disadvantage,advantage is that it can promote the development of international trade,reduce trade friction,to increase the intervention and control of trade and investment,thereby enhancing the economic actual strength and economic discourse right.The disadvantage is that foreign direct investment existing investment risk,trade boycott,the international investment to generate turbulence,even will cause economic crisis.This paper tries to start from the perspective of the relations of foreign direct investment and international trade,and then discusses the impact of foreign direct investment(FDI) on the international trade and the role and impact of China’s export trade. |
