| 摘 要： | 在商务日语教学中,以缓冲语为中心的商务礼仪教育十分普遍和重要,"缓冲语"虽然不是敬语,但却是商务礼仪表达的重要环节,被列为大学生必须要掌握的商务日语知识要素之一。但是,缓冲语的教学在当前并未受到应有的重视,学习日语的中国人在一些重要场合常常会出现失礼的现象。研究、了解缓冲语的使用环境和使用方法,归纳一些经常使用的缓冲语表达方式,有利于学习者在正式的商务礼仪交往中,表现得更为礼貌和得体。日语教育者应该充分重视以缓冲语为中心的商务礼仪教育。

| Abstract: | In the teaching of business Japanese,the instruction of business etiquette focusing on the "cushion words" is extremely general and of great importance.Although not being taken as honorifics,"cushion words" play a significant role in business etiquette.The use of "cushion words" is regarded as one of the essential elements of business knowledge mastered by university students.However,the teaching of Japanese "cushion words" has not received much attention which may result in impoliteness made by Chinese learners on formal occasions.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate and understand the context and use of "cushion words" and to work out common expressions in order to help learners behave more properly and politely in formal business interactions.In addition,Japanese teachers should lay great emphasis on the teaching of business etiquette which mainly centers on "cushion words". |
