| 摘 要： | 新型农村社会养老保险已经在全国逐步全面展开,对完善我国农村社会保障体系有重要意义。但在新农保试点中出现了许多新问题,笔者经过实地调查发现其中最主要的问题就是新农保缴费结构不合理,本文根据实地调查资料,针对这一问题进行原因分析并提出可行建议。

| Abstract: | The new rural social pension insurance has been in full swing across the country step by step,it has important significance to improve China＇s rural social security system.But in the new agricultural insurance pilot many new problems have emerged,the author found the main problem is that the new fee structure of insurance is irrational after a field survey,the paper based on field survey data to analyze and put forward feasible proposals. |
