| 摘 要： | 高职院校学生管理法治化,是高职院校实现依法治校的主要内容。如何在法治前提下进行学生管理,是高职院校面对的依法治校的重要课题。从高职院校学生管理存在的问题出发,探索高职院校学生管理法治化的有效途径,力求通过法治化的管理降低学生与高职院校的矛盾纠纷,实现依法治校,构建和谐校园。

| Abstract: | Legal on vocational college student’s management is the main contents of vocational college to achieve school management according to law.How to manage the students under the premise of law is an important issue that the higher vocational colleges facing.Starting from the existing problems in vocational students management,and explores an effective way of vocational college students management according to the law,seeks to reduce the conflicts and disputes between students and vocational institutions through the management according to the law,to achieve a harmonious campus. |
