| 摘 要： | 精神损害赔偿是救济人身权利损害的一个重要方法,它的确立表明了社会文明的发展已经达到一个崭新的程度。完善具有中国特色的精神损害赔偿制度,对进一步贯彻依法治国的指导思想,有效地制止侵权行为,充分保护当事人的人格权益,具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | The system of compensation for mental damages is an important remedy method on personal rights damages. Its establishment shows that social civilization has developed into a new stage. The completion of the system of mental damages with the Chinese characteristics is of great significance to implement the thoughts of rule by law, to effectively curb torts and to fully protect the legal rights of clients. |
