| 摘 要： | 如今高校教师业务档案还没有进行有效、规范的管理。要通过健全教师业务档案制度，合理配置组织机构，提高档案管理人员的素质，加强档案管理手段的现代化建设，以提高教师业务档案管理的效率，使教师业务档案适应学校不断发展的需要。

| Abstract: | Today university teacher career file management is not effective and standardized. Teacher career file system standard should be perfect, organization configuration should be reasonable, file management method should be advanced, personnel archive quality should be directly related to the effective utilization of archive management goals, so that teacher career files are able to adapt to the school development needs. |
