| 摘 要： | 应用型本科院校既有别于＂研究型＂大学,也有别于＂学术型＂普通本科院校,体现为一种人才培养目标的类型结构。其培养目标是高素质技能型人才。为此,要求应用型本科院校的教师必须注重专业发展,明确角色定位：学生学习的辅导者、指导者和督导者;教学研究的探索者;知识、技能体系的多面手;教育技术和教学方法的创新者。

| Abstract: | Application-oriented institutions are not only different from ＂research-oriented＂ universities, but also different from the ordinary ＂academic＂ undergraduate institutions, which is manifested by the target structure of personnel training. The institutions＇ goal is to cultivate high-quality skilled personnel. In this way, the requirements of application-oriented institutions must pay attention to the professional development of teachers, which refers specifically to the following roles： student counsellor, guider and supervisor, explorer of teaching and research, versatile innovator of knowledge and skill system, educational technology and teaching methods. |
