| 摘 要： | 近年来随着中国高等教育规模的逐渐扩大,普通高校本科毕业生人数逐年递增,凸显出的应届本科毕业生就业难的社会矛盾已经越来越尖锐。造成这种矛盾的原因主要有：高校的扩招速度过快、专业设置和人才培养机制上的欠科学、宏观的经济形势影响、劳动力市场的欠完善以及毕业生自身原因等。清醒地认识和分析这些因素,对于有的放矢地解决普通高校本科毕业生的就业困境具有显著的现实意义。

| Abstract: | In recent years,along with the expansion of higher education scale in China,the number of college graduates is increasing year by year.The difficult employment of college students has become a severe social problem.The causes of this problem mainly lie in the too-fast expansion of colleges and universities,the unscientific professional setting and personnel training,the macro economic situation influence,the imperfect labor market and graduates＇ own reasons.A clear awareness and analysis of the factors are of prominent practical significance to solve college graduates employment predicament. |
