| 摘 要： | 16世纪以来，在江南市镇有了中国资本主义萌芽，中国社会步入经济社会转型期。由于种种因素的制约，近代江南市镇的社会转型并不是同步的，金山朱泾镇虽处于沿海并距上海较近，但社会转型停滞不前，探讨其社会转型的制约因素，不仅具有重要的学术意义，还具有一定的现实价值。

| Abstract: | In the 16th century, the seeds of capitalism of China were sprouting in the towns south of the Yangtze River, which implied that the Chinese society had stepped into a period of economic and social transformations. However, the contemporary social transformations in the towns south of the Yangtze River were not synchronous at all, because they were restricted by various complicated factors. Although Zhujing Town in Jinshan County is located on the coast and is fairly close to Shanghai, yet its social transformation was stagnant. An exploration of the various complicated factors which restricted its social transformation is not only of great academic significance, but also of definite practical value. |
