摘    要:未来5年,中国电影产业的发展战略主要包括形成以"电影促进法"为核心的保障我国电影产业可持续发展的法规政策体系;建立产业环节贯通、产业整合完备的现代电影产业体系;形成以知识产权保护为前提的全国统一开放、竞争有序的电影市场格局;通过竞争与整合,逐渐形成5~10家拥有一流电影企业的综合性大型媒介集团;通过全球性、新媒体的大电影产业的拓展,将中国电影综合收入提高到250亿人民币。中国将成为世界第二大本土电影市场,全球电影贸易的重要成员,中国文化传播的重要栽体,中国大众文化娱乐的主要形式。

Abstract:In the next five years the major strategies for development of the film industry in China include the formation of the system of laws,rules and policies that will ensure the sustained development of the film industry,the establishment of a mod- ern film industry complex,where its various sectors will be linked up and its conformity will be perfect,the shaping of a national- ly open and orderly competitive film market pattern which will be protected by intellectual property rights,the gradual formation of five to ten comprehensive large-scale media groups each of which will boast premier film enterprises,and the increase of the to- tal income of Chinese films to 25 billion RMB through global expansion of a new-media huge film industry.By the end of the next five years,China will have become the second largest film market and an important member of the global film trade.The film market in China will be a major vehicle of Chinese culture and a principal form of popular cultural entertainment in China.
