摘    要:建立在“活动-交往”模式基础上“双主互动”理念可以运用于整个学校层面的管理、德育和教学工作,构建起学生成长、家长和社会参与,教师进步以及学校发展的四个平台,推进“四有”、“四会”优秀人才的培养。

Abstract:The concept of interactive mechanism of active participation and independent practice that is based on the "activities- communication" module cna be nse in the admini-stration of School, moral education and teaching affairs. We should establish four platforms: Students' development, participation of Socieoy, teachers' improvement and the developent of School.
