高中教师记录个性卡的分析

摘    要:文章通过对上海市实验学校高中部学生个性记录卡的统计分析后得出“同伴交往”、“师生交往”、“集体活动”是教师最关心的三类行为。学习状态记录显示男生表现不如女生,表现出教师对两者的不同期望。个性记录卡显示在及早发现学生良好品质和不良行为方面有作用。学校应该对教师记录个性卡做出明确要求;教师应及时准确记录个性卡;对个性卡现实的学生不良行为应及时矫正;应利用个性卡在学生品质形成中的作用。

Abstract:The article is drawn after the statistical analysis to the high school student' s individual character registration card of Shanghai experimental school, "the companion associates", and "teachers and students associate", "collective activity" is three kinds of behaviors that the teacher cares about most. The record shows that the boy student displays not so good as the girl student, demonstrates teacher' s different expectations to the two. The registration card of the individual character shows helpfully in finding student' s good quality and bad behavior. The school should write down the individual character card to require to the teacher clearly ; Card of record individual character that the teacher should be accurate in time ; Should correct the student that the individual character card is realistic bad behavior in time; Should utilize the individual character to block the function in student' s quality is formed.
