| 摘 要： | 在进行现代化建设进程中,中国一方面需要通过内部自身的变革来激发经济发展的动力,另一方面也要利用外部的各种资源来促进国内与国际社会经济发展的总体协调。入世后,中国政府应抓住这一契机,建立和完善一整套制度体系以迎接各种机遇和挑战。本文试图通过制度变迁的理论来分析中国入世后对政府在制度供给方面带来的影响,并提出一些相应的可行性措施。

| Abstract: | In the process of the four-modernization drive, China needs not only to stimulate its economic development motivation by carrying out domestic reforms, but also to promote the overall harmonization of both social and economic development at home and abroad by utilizing various resources from the outside. After China's accession into WTO, the Chinese Government should make use of this good opportunity to establish a perfect system so as to greet various opportunities and meet all challenges. This paper attempts to analyze the effects of China's entering WTO on the institution supply by the government, and suggests some corresponding feasible measures that the government should take. |
