摘    要:城乡教育均衡发展是我国教育改革的重中之重和着力点,作为均衡实现的前提条件和重要保障,教师资源的均衡配置问题随之也成为了研究的热点问题之一。文章选取具有良好教育发展态势的上海作为研究对象,通过梳理上海市区、郊县中学师资配置的变化情况,提出自己的思考,以期对全国师资配置的均衡发展起到借鉴作用。

Abstract:The balanced development of urban and rural education is the top priority of China' s education and the focal point, as a prerequisite and an important guarantee for achieving the balanced development, teacher resources balanced allocation then became the hot topic of research. This paper, take Shanghai as the research object, which has a good development momentum of education, and comb through Shanghai urban and rural secondary school teacher resources configuration changes. Propose the thinking as a reference for the nation' s teacher resource allocation balanced development.
