| 摘 要： | 中南半岛是中国西南建立国际大通道的重要支点，是建立大湄公河次区域经济合作和泛北部湾合作的重要地缘板块，是中国打通通往波斯湾最短石油运输线的战略要地。深入了解中南半岛地缘关系发展，研究大湄公河次区域合作和泛北部湾合作中存在的地缘利弊关系，对稳步推进两个次区域的合作与发展意义重大。
