| 摘 要： | 目的：了解河西学院大学生人际交往特征与核心自我评价的关系。方法：使用人际关系综合诊断量表和核心自我评价量表对河西学院320名大学生进行问卷调查,结果：在交际方面和异性交往方面性别之间存在显著差异,在交谈和待人接物方面不存在显著性差异;在交谈方面、待人接物方面和异性交往方面年级之间存在显著性差异;在交际方面科别之间存在显著性差异,在其他方面不存在显著性差异;人际交往的四个维度与核心自我评价总分之间存在显著相关,人际交往越好的其核心自我评价越高。

| Abstract: | Objective ： It studies the interpersonal relationship characteristics and core - self evaluation of Hexi uni- versity students. Methods： It uses interpersonal relationship scale and core self evaluation scale to investigate 320 sub- jects from Hexi University. Results： There are significant difference in Hexi University College students in interpersonal and heterosexual intercourse on with people on gender. Grades There are significant difference are significant difference in the gender. There is no significant difference in conversation and the way one getting along have significant differences in conversation and the way one getting along with in in people department at interpersonal.
