稳态法测量热导率实验分析

摘    要:应用稳态法分别测量热的不良导体(橡胶)和热的良导体(铜棒)的热导率,发现用稳态法测量热导率,在稳定传热条件下,增大被测量材料两端温差到20℃左右,热的良导体和热的不良导体材料的热导率的测量精度都会提高;在同样的实验环境中,稳态法测定热的不良导体的热导率比其测定热的良导体热导率实验精度高。

Abstract:The thermal conductivity of a poor conductor of heat (rubber) and a good conductor of heat (copper) were measured on the application of the steady -state method in this paper. It is found that the accuracy of experiment is higher when the temperature difference is equal to 20℃. And there is significant difference in the experiment of two masteries with different heat transfer mechanism in the same steady-state method, the precision of rubber's experiment is better than the copper's.
