| 摘 要： | 传统政治心理影响了甘肃民族地区经济社会的发展和扶贫开发的效果,只有强化共同的政治认知,达成高度的政治共识,树立民主意识和平等观念,加大传统政治文化向现代政治文化转变的力度,努力培育甘肃民族地区农牧民积极的政治心理,为甘肃民族地区的扶贫开发营造良好的文化氛围和政治环境,才能增强甘肃民族地区扶贫开发的实际效果。

| Abstract: | Traditional culture has influenced the development of economy and society and the result of national anti-poverty and development policy .Only by strengthening the common political cognition to reach an universal consen -sus, forming a sense of democracy and a concept of equality , putting more efforts into the conversion from traditional political culture to modern political culture , trying hard to cultivate the positive political psychology in peasants and herders in minority areas , can we create a solid cultural atmosphere and political soft environment for the anti -poverty and development in minority areas in Gansu province and foster the implement of the policy effectively . |
