| 摘 要： | 农村公共文化服务供给体系制约着农村公共文化服务的水平,完善河北省农村公共文化服务供给体系是农村文化建设的重要任务。从现实情况看,河北省农村公共文化供给体系还存在诸多问题,这些问题可以概括为理念的缺失、供给主体关系的不平衡、供给内容和手段的单一以及评估机制的缺乏。这些问题的有效解决有赖于科学的农村公共文化服务供给理念的树立,并且在农村公共文化服务供给过程中要重视主体的多元化和供给内容与形式的多样化,同时,完善的农村公共文化服务供给评价机制的建立也不容忽视。
