| 摘 要： | 商誉侵权行为是在市场体系下存在的、较为隐蔽的侵权行为方式,但是,它却能给权利人造成直接经济损失.在我国经济生活中常见的、易为人们所认识的商誉侵权行为主要包括贬损、盗用、诽谤、诋毁;着重对商誉淡化行为的研究有重要的现实意义.
