| 摘 要： | “以公有制为主体,多种所有制经济共同发展”的社会主义初级阶段基本经济制度的确立,突破了“一大二公”的传统所有制结构;所有制形式只是促进生产力发展的一种手段,没有高级、低级之分,评价所有制形式是否合理的标准,只有“三个有利于”标准;社会主义初级阶段的经济是处于过渡状态的“混合经济”,要从质与量统一的观点把握“公有制主体地位”的内涵;公有制实现形式的多样化是公有制与市场经济的有效结合点;社会主义初级阶段的经济不完全等同于公有制经济,要辩证地看待公有制经济与非公有制经济的关系。

| Abstract: | The mode of "Public ownership as the mainbody in coordination with multi-ownership "as the establishment of socialist economic system in its primary stage has made a breakthrough against the traditional ownership system;The form of ownership is,without distinction as to high level and low level, merely one means of promoting the productive forces. Only by "three favourables"can it be appraised as reasonable or not. The economy in socialist primary stage is a mixed economy in a transitional state,so we should grasp the essence of "public ownership as the mainbody"from the viewpoint of the unity of quality and quantity. The diversification of the public ownership reflects the combination between public ownership and the market-directed economy. As the economy in scialist primary stage is not all equal to the public ownership economy,we should dialectically look at the relationship between the public owership economy and non-public ownership economy. |
