| 摘 要： | 委婉语是人类语言中的普遍现象。人们在日常生活中都在使用大量的委婉语。委婉语的使用是人类所共有的一种潜在的能力，是一种共同的趋关心理所致，但不同文化有着不同的审美意识和审美观念，使用不同的委婉语。委婉语随着审美意识和审美观念的更新而更新，具有一定的关学价值。

| Abstract: | Euphemism,as a universal phenomenon in human language,plays a very important role in people's daily life.Because of the common good tendency of the people,the use of Euphemism is a kind of human being's subconscious abilities.Different cultures have different aesthetic consciousness and conceptions,hence the different uses of Euphemism in English and Chinese.And euphermism is developing with the progress of people's aesthetic consciousness and conceptions. |
