| 摘 要： | 法律英语在词汇用语、句法选择和语篇结构上具有鲜明的语言特点，体现了法律语言的专业性、庄重性、严谨性和准确性。法律英语文体是各种文体中正式程序最高的一种，不同的是，法律文件的格式也不尽相同。因此，翻译法律条文时应特别注意专业术语、正式用语及准确选词，同时还应注意法律条文的句法运用。

| Abstract: | English for law has striking characteristics in terms of diction,syntax and discourse,and it reflects speciality,solemnness,rigorousness and accuracy.The style of English for law is the most formal in a variety of styles.In the C/E translation,therefore,we are supposed to attach much importance to professional terms,formal words,accurate diction and syntax application. |
