| 摘 要： | 考满是明代和清初考核官员的一种制度,即任满考核。入关以前,满洲贵族建立的后金政权已经开始有了考满制度,清朝入关之后,沿用这一制度,并在实践中不断调整,前后经过三十几年,于康熙年间将这一制度废止。考满制度实行的始末,体现了清代制度沿袭中有发展,而重视实效是清初统治者在制度上进行取舍的重要标准。
