| 摘 要： | 人民法院民事执行活动中存在的"执行难"和"执行乱"现象,已经成为社会公众广泛关注的热点问题。检察机关对人民法院民事执行活动进行监督是其职能所在,检察机关应坚持不干预正常执行活动和公开、公平、公正等原则,综合运用公益诉讼、检察建议等法律手段加强对民事执行活动的监督,以减少不和谐、不稳定因素,维护国家、集体和当事人的合法权益。
