| 摘 要： | 当前,石家庄动漫产业呈井喷式发展态势,但人才供给严重滞后,突出表现为培养观念急功近利、人才界定狭隘、来源渠道贫乏、质的不足以及量的流失等。要解决这些问题,必须在动漫人才培养主体上做到官产学相结合,选择具有一定创意天赋并有从事动漫工作兴趣的人员作为培养对象,科学确定培养内容,合理运用多种培养方式。人才培养的内在激励机制和培养结果跟踪调查评估机制的建立更是尤为必要。

| Abstract: | In recent years,Shijiazhuang animation industry has been developing in a blowout way.However,there have appeared problems concerning a serious shortage of manpower during the development,such as seeking a distant profit and quick success,a narrow approach to personnel defining,poor sources and insufficient quality.Therefore,efforts should be made to cultivate the persons who are highly interested and gifted in animation,scientifically determine the training content and rationally adopt multi-cultivation.It ... |
