教师专业发展继续教育变革后的挑战与应对

摘    要:教师专业发展水平是教育质量提高和教学改革成功与否之关键。教师专业发展培训制度改革,打破了传统的教师继续教育模式,改变了既有的管理模式,提出了诸多挑战。为此,亟需转变教育管理部门职能定位,建立全新继续教育理念,再造继续教育组织架构和创新继续教育教学模式,以应对这种变革和挑战。

Abstract:The level of teachers’ professional development is key to improvement of education quality and success of teaching reform.Teachers’ professional development training reform is to break the traditional model for teachers continuing education and to change the existing management mode,to put forward a lot of challenges.So it needs to transform the position functions of education management,to establish new idea of continuing education,and to innovate the organization structure of continuing education and teaching model.
