| 摘 要： | 通过资料查阅、实地考察和测量等研究方法，摸清了湖州市城区住宅小区的体育设施现状：一是37％的住宅小区无任何体育设施；二是旧住宅小区体育设施年久失修，新住宅小区体育设施建设的规划和标准不一；三是住宅小区内人均拥有体育设施的面积偏低。最后，文章还就就湖州市城区住宅小区体育设施建设和发展方向提出对策性建议。

| Abstract: | Through the methods of consulting data, investigation and measurement, the author got the information of the sports facilities in Huzhou residential areas. For one thing, 37 % of residential areas have no sports facilities; Secondly, the sports facilities need repairing in the old residential areas, which look neglected, and in the newly -built residential areas, the plans and criteria for the construction of sports facilities are various; Thirdly, the per capita of the residential areas with sports facilities is relatively low, therefore, some suggestions on the construction and development are given in order to solve the problems. |
