| Abstract: | Local institutions of higher learning have several basic forms of social service, such as center of talent cultivating, center of philosophy ＆ social science, center of consultation ＆ decision-making, R＆D center of applied scientific and technical payoffs, etc. To further serve local economy and society, so as to promote building harmonious society, local institutions of higher learning should fully carry out scientific development concept, strengthen scientific research,join in regional innovation system,as well as integrate with local economy and society. |
