| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的发展，我国电子商务和网上交易近年采取得了较大的发展，然而网上支付业务越来越成为制约我国电子商务发展的最大瓶颈。解决网上支付问题成为发展电子商务的中心环节。文中就我国网上支付存在的问题进行分析并提出相应的解决对策。

| Abstract: | With the development of information technique, e-commerce and on-line transactions in our country have made great progress in recent years. However, on-line payment gradually becomes the biggest bottleneck to the development of e-commerce, so resolving the problems is a central link now. The end of this article analyzes the question of on-line payment in our country and proposes some countermeasures correspondingly. |
