| 摘 要： | 妊娠高血压综合征,简称妊高征,是严重影响孕妇以及胎儿生命安全及生活质量的疾病。在健康的初产妇中,妊高征的发生率为6%左右,以往有妊高征病史的孕妇更是高达18%。尽管针对妊高征的发病机制以及治疗手段的研究很多,但妊高征具体发病机制并不清晰,也没有出现一种相对优越并且对妊高征孕妇以及分娩胎儿有确切治疗作用的药物。本文就目前妊高征的机制及其防治手段的研究进展作简要综述。

| Abstract: | Preeclampsia is a kind of disease which contaminates seriously the life safety and quality of pregnant women and fetus.In healthy primipara,preeclampsia incidence is about 6%,but 18% or higher in pregnant women ever contracted preeclampsia.Even though many researchers focused on pathogenesis and strategy for prevention and cure of preeclampsia,it's still not clear about how preeclampsia happens,and also there isn't a relatively superior treatment strategy for preeclampsia which certainly attenuates gestational and fetal injuries induced by preeclampsia.So this paper aims to review the present research progression about pathogenesis and strategy for prevention and cure of preeclampsia. |
