| 摘 要： | 冷战后，波兰社会党（含左翼政党组织）的议会执政经历了多次的嬗变，成为冷战后东欧社会党政坛发展上的典型。波兰社会党议会执政的变化一方面是受冷战后东欧社会大背景影响的结果，但更多的是受波兰国内小环境，如社会政治不稳定、选民选举更加务实、政党政治发展不成熟、执政党建设不完善等原因造成的。波兰社会党议会执政的得失给当前各国政党实现上台执政，长久执政提供了反思素材。

| Abstract: | The Polish Socialist Party（including left- wing political parties）governing the Council has experienced a lot of evolution after the Cold War, which has becone the typical altar of the development of society and government in Eastern European socialist party political arena. On one hand, the change of poland＇ s Socialist Party governing boards is subject to the impact of the post- Cold War Eastern Europe social background, on the other hand, more impacts come from the Polish domestic environment, such as social and political instability, amore pragmatic voters, immature development of party politics, the ruling party construction imperfections, and so on. Polish Socialist Party, the success or failure of governing boards provided reflection material for the current various countries＇ political parties to come to power, longterm power. |
