| Abstract: | The Sino-American relation is the important one of international relations now. The strategy of America vs.China is one of the basic strategies that America is constructing the monopole world and it becomes the leading position gradually. How to break the restrained policy of America vs.China is the basic strategical task of China's diplomacy in order to create the stable peripheral and good international environment for our country's developing strategy of focusing on the central task of economic construction. |
