| 摘 要： | 中小企业在我国经济发展中占有重要地位,随着经济全球化进程的加快以及我国经济呈现的过剩现象,中小企业面临着许多自身难以克服的困难。我国应借鉴发达国家发展中小企业的经验,结合国情,加快构建和完善扶持中小企业发展的政策体系,积极扶持、保护和促进中小企业的健康发展。

| Abstract: | Medium and small-sized enterprises play an important role in the development of economy of our country. With the rapid progress of economical globalization and surplus in economy of our country, medium and small - sized enterprises are facing many difficulties which can not be overcome by themselves. Our country should draw on the experience of developing medium and small ?sized enterprises in the advanced countries,speed up building and perfecting the policy system of supporting medium and small - sized enterprises in the light of our national conditions,support,protect and promote actively the healthy development of the medium- and small- sized enterprises. |
