| 摘 要： | 创新型应用人才是新建本科院校发展的必然选择。新建本科院校创新型应用人才的培养要与学校的定位、发展现状相一致,深化教学改革,从改革教学运行机制、学科建设、实践教学等方面入手,优化创新人才培养的环境,增强应用人才的创新能力。

| Abstract: | Applicable talents with creative ability are the necessary choice of newly-built universities and colleges.The cultivation of applicable talents with creative ability in these universities and colleges should keep up with their orientation and their state of development.They should build good environments and improve the creative ability of college students by reforming the operational mechanism of teaching,the discipline construction and practical teaching. |
