| 摘 要： | 生活垃圾区域管理面临的问题主要有:管理体制改革面临的问题;区域内的利益冲突;优化管理的手段较为匮乏等。解决生活垃圾区域管理问题的策略是:首先是要进行区域范围的确定和管理体制的调整;其次是按照以下生活垃圾区域管理系统的技术路线进行处理:垃圾产生情况分析——生活垃圾处理方式的选择——生活垃圾处理设施的设置——垃圾物流的优化分配。

| Abstract: | MSW regional management has to face such issues as the reform of management system,conflicts of interests within the region,the scarce optimal management means and so on.To solve regional MSW management,the strategy is to establish regional scope and to adjust management system,then to treating it according to the following regional MSW man-agement system technology line,which analyses the waste produce,option of waste disposal,installations of waste disposal facilities and the optimal allocation of refuse logistics. |
