| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、对比法、专家访谈法,对中、美篮球后备人才的培养体制、培养方式等进行综合对比分析.认为：中国现有的二维培养模式中,两路径发展不均衡.美国一体化模式培养出了大批高质量的竞技篮球人才,并且更有利于人的全面发展;与中国相比,美国篮球专业教练员的聘任制度更有利于促进青少年篮球水平的提高,学校篮球竞赛体制更加成熟,并具备较强的自我造血能力.

| Abstract: | This article,through literature and expert interview,makes a comprehensively comparative analysis of the basketball training systems and training modes of the reserve talents both in China and the United States.It holds that: China’s existing two-dimensional training mode has resulted in the uneven development of the two paths,while the United States’ integrated training mode has trained a large number of high-quality competitive basketball talents,and is more beneficial to the basketball players’ comprehensive development;compared with China,the United States’ appointment system of professional basketball coaches is more favorable to promoting the improvement of teenagers’ basketball level,the maturity of the school basketball competition system,and make colleges a strong capacity to train talents. |
