学前双语师资培训问题及对策

摘    要:目前,学前双语教育的师资状况不容乐观:双语教师水平参差不齐、双语教育活动重知识轻文化;师资培训滞后且欠规范,远不能满足双语教育的需要。因此,必须加强学前双语师资的在职培训及学前教育专业学生双语活动技能的职前培训,提高培训的规范化、科学化水平,以便更好地为学前双语教育活动的开展提供可靠的师资保障。

Abstract:Nowadays, the status of the preschool bilingual teachers is not optimistic:the qualified and unqualified bilingual teachers are intermingled, acquisition of knowledge rather than culture is regarded highly;bilingual teachers' training lies behind the times and is not standardized.Thus, it can't satisfy the requirement of bilingual education, and it is necessary to strengthen the training of the bilingual teachers in-service, and the pre-service training of activity skills for the students ma- joring in preschool education.In order to assure the quality of the teacher for the preschool bilingual education activity, the standard and scientific training should be enhanced.
