摘    要:"一位好的校长就是一所好的学校。"在当前教育改革与发展的背景下,如何实现校长的专业化已经成为一个富有时代性意义的研究课题。作为一种新的管理理论——学习型组织理论不仅为校长专业化的发展提供了理论支撑,而且它所倡导的五项修炼对于校长专业知识的增长、专业技能的发展,以及新的世界观、价值观与专业伦理的形成有着重要的理论和方法意义。

Abstract:"A good headmaster is a good school. " Under the background of the current education reform and development, how to implement the headmaster' s specialization has become a research topic of modern significance. As a new management theory, learning organization theory not only provides the theoretical support for the headmaster development, but also advocates these five uniting for the principal development, namely the growth of professional knowledge, professional skills, the new world outlook, the values and the formation of professional ethics, which has important significance both in theory and practice.
