| 摘 要： | 新型职业农民是未来现代农业建设的主导力量,应基于国家政策走向和已有的理论架构,构建新型职业农民职业胜任力模型。教育是实现农民职业化和社会化的主要途径。为更好完成培育新型职业农民的使命与责任,服务社会,涉农职业院校必须抓好课程体系建设这项牛鼻子工程,构建与职业胜任力配套的课程体系和培养模式。通过个案研究,分析人才培养过程中出现的问题,提出构建基于职业胜任力的“课程平台+岗位模块+衔接项目”的课程体系。

| Abstract: | The new vocational farmers are the leading force in the construction of modern agriculture in the future.Based on the trend of the national poli cy and the existing theoretical framework,the vocational competency model of ne w vocational farmers is constructed.Education is the main way to realize the profes sionalization and socialization of the farmers.In order to better fulfill the m ission and responsibility of cultivatiing new vocational farmers and serve the s ociety,the agricultural vocational colleges should pay attention to the constru ction of curriculum system,and build the curriculum system and training mode ma tching with vocational competence.Through the case study,this paper analyzes t he problems in the process of talent cultivation,and proposes to build the curr iculum system of“Curriculum Platform+Job Module+Connection Project”based on vocational competence. |
