| 摘 要： | 在文献综述与实地调查的基础上,阐述了县级职教中心的培训网络结构及其承载的职能.基于调研资料的分析,在县—镇—村的架构下深入探讨了需求导向下的培训内容、以农为本的培训目标以及开放式的培训体系.立足农业农村发展前景,进一步展开了以县级职教中心为龙头培育职业农民的政策导向研究,分析得出"人力"培训转向"人"的培育、"供给型"职业教育转向"需求型"、农民为服务对象的"县域"职业教育转向"区域化"教育的结论.

| Abstract: | On the basis of literature review and field investigation,this paper expounds the training network structure and its car-rying function of the county vocational education center. Based on the analysis of investigation materials,the training content of the de-mand-oriented,the agricultural-oriented training target and the open training system are discussed in depth under the county-town-vil-lage structure. Based on agricultural and rural development prospects,it further studies the policy orientation of cultivating professional farmers with the county-level vocational education as a leader. From the analysis,it is concluded that the"human"training turns to"human"cultivation,and the"supply-type"vocational education turns to"demand"The farmer as the service object of County region Vocational Education turns to the"regional"education. |
