| 摘 要： | 高等继续教育学员拥有学习选择自由、学术思想自由和参与学校管理自由等三大学习权利.落实学习权利对高等继续教育学员本人、学校、教师都具有非常重要的意义.针对学习权利实现中存在的政策障碍、学校障碍和学员障碍,国家应不断扩大成人高校办学自主权;成人高校应改革办学机制,推行研究性学习和自我导向学习模式,进行教学管理制度综合改革;学员应发挥践行学习权利的主动性.

| Abstract: | The students have the learning rights of freedom of choice,freedom of thought and participation in school management in the higher continuing education. The implementation of the learning right has a very important significance for students,schools and teachers in higher continuing education. In view of the policy barriers,the school obstacles and the student barriers in the realization of the learning rights,the state should continuously expand the autonomy of adult colleges. Adult colleges should reform the school-run-ning mechanism,carry out the research study and the self-oriented learning mode,and carry on the comprehensive reform of the teach-ing management system Students should initiatively practice learning rights. |
