摘    要:人才培养质量是学校生存与可持续发展的生命线。我院坚持立德树人,育人为本的原则,以培养生产、建设、服务和管理第一线需要的技术技能型专门人才为主要任务,以增强专业办学特色为重点,以提高人才培养质量为核心,紧紧围绕人才培养质量工程这一中心工作,坚持不断深化教育教学的内涵建设,积极开展教育教学改革。在调整专业结构,推进"双主体"育人,加强师资队伍建设,优化人才培养方案,改革课程体系,改善教学条件,推进生活教育,以及规范教学质量监控等方面,进行了大胆的探索与实践,不断加强与完善了教学的内涵建设,实现了人才培养质量新突破。

Abstract:The quality of talents training is the lifeline of survival and sustainable development of the school. Hunan Polytechnic of Environment and Biology insists on moral education and student-centered principle to foster technical talents needed in the first line of production, construction, service and management as the main task, to enhance the specialty feature as the focus, to improve the quality of talents training as the core, to adhere to the connotation construction of deepening education and teaching focusing on quality project of talents training in this central task, and to actively carry out the reform of education and teaching. In the adjustment of spe- cialty structure, how to promote "Two Subjects Teaching", to strengthen the construction of teachers'team, to optimize the talent train- ing scheme, to reform curriculum system, to improve teaching conditions and life education as well as the criterion of teaching quality control and other aspects are widely explored and practiced, in order to strengthen and improve the construction of teaching content, and to make new breakthrough of implementation of the quality of talents training.
